About the QRDA
Who are the QRDA? The Queensland Racing Drivers Association Inc. is a club for anyone who loves their motor sport!
Established in 1971 to give Queensland drivers a unified voice, the club now regularly looks after the interests of 180+ members and participates in the development of motor sport in general.
During each circuit racing season of the past few decades the QRDA has run a popular club championship, known as the QRDA Drivers Championship, where club members race each other in their own categories and every member accrues an average points tally for the year to determine the Overall Club Champion.
Each year our Champions are honoured at our Annual Christmas Party and Awards Presentation evening, scheduled in 2022 for December 10th at Kedron-Wavell Services Club. In addition to Category and Overall Club Champion awards, we award Rookie of the Year, President’s Trophy and the Family Shield.
We also take great pride in our fund raising activities outside of motor sport, with 2021 recording a new club record of over $5000 raised for the Children’s Hospital Foundation.
The QRDA continues to maintain a low cost of membership, coupled with no joining fees and affiliation with the CAMS. Members come from a wide variety of disciplines and levels, from Off Road and Rally through to Superkarts and the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship.
Please have a look around our website and make yourself at home, there are sections for our Categories, our Championship, the Club Calendar as well as our Contact Details and a feed straight from Facebook.com so that members who don’t use that service can keep up with the latest news regardless.
