Daniel Crompton

2025 QRDA Club Champion

1st Place 2025 QRDA Sports Sedans Championship

Daniel Crompton Sports Sedans TA1 Mustang

Daniel Crompton piloted his spaceframe chassis, TA1 Mustang-bodied Sports Sedan to a string of first place finishes across the season, to secure not only first place in our Sports Sedans competition but also the Club Championship for the year, seeing off challengers Seth Mathie from HQ Holdens as runner-up and Simon McLean from ProdSports who finished the year in the unique QRDA cross-category points system as our third place getter overall.

To secure the highest Club Championship points it required Daniel to be the best in class of the Sports Sedans for the year and was pushed all the way by Tim Tritton. A combination of speed and reliability gave him the edge over the competition.

In addition to the State Championship events the Crompton Mustang also took to Queensland Raceway for the National Sports Sedan Series round, and another NSSS event when the crew travelled to Victoria for the end of year and NSSS season final round at Island Magic to round out a big year for the big V8 Ford.
